  • 1. My configurator does not work on my iPad/iPhone :

    • Solution 1: Restart your iPad/iPhone
    • Solution 2: Remove your existing JORI-configurator APP and reinstall via the Apple APP-store. (see: “Install” – “iOS(iPad-iPhone)”)
    • Solution 3: I have already downloaded the JORI configurator via the APP-store, but which password do I need for ‘[email protected]’. 

      Follow the following steps to log in with your own Apple ID and password:

      • Go to the Apple APP store
      • Choose below: “Highlights”
      • Scroll down
      • Click on: “Apple ID: [email protected]
      • Choose: “log off”
      • Fill in your own Apple ID and password
  • 2. My configurator does not work on my Desktop (PC) :

    • Do you still use installed version 5 (v5) on your Desktop?

  • 3. My configurator does not work on my website/the JORI website/extranet :

    • Does your internet function properly ? (‘for testing, do a random search’)

      • If the answer is 'NO'

        • Check your internet connection or contact your provider/IT helpdesk.
      • If the answer is 'yes', which browser do you use?

        • Google Chrome

          • Contact us
        • Firefox

          • Download the latest new version of Firefox OR
          • Contact us (with mention of your Firefox version)
        • Microsoft Edge
