JORI, Belgian manufacturer of contemporary seating, will be introducing its latest models at the 2011 International Furniture Exhibition in Milan. Their fresh design, their timeless character and their ultimate comfort are certain to charm you once again.

Calypso JR-8300 (design: Verhaert New Products & Services)
This newcomer displays unprecedented playfulness and creativity. The Calypso JR-8300 namely allows you to adjust the size and arrangement of your sofa. This modular model, where all elements are built based on a seat of 80 x 80 cm, is unique in its kind. Several back elements are attached to the seat : in addition to a fixed back, which is attached to one side of the seat, there is also a mobile back, which runs diagonally across the seat. This curved back can be transformed in an instant into its inverted shape, which turns the front of the seat into its back. Ideal if you want to change your view without having to move the sofa. The elements may also be moved and rotated on the three different bases at any time. Moreover, the elements are all completely finished, meaning they can be used as stand-alone units as well. In this way, you can create a new sofa each time and determine its design yourself. The striking stitching on the back contrasts with the plain seating area, giving the sofa a special, contemporary look.

Milton JR-4500 (design: Jean-Pierre Audebert)
The Milton JR-4500 has a very cool and refined look. This model has an extremely subtle curved and resilient back, which makes it extremely comfortable to sit in. The back, as well as the armrest, are stitched in vertical stripes. The base is barely visible, which makes the sofa seem to float. Because the armrests and back share the same height, the sofa looks low and compact. The use of loose pillows not only creates a warm and cosy place, but also allows you to adjust the desired sitting depth. In short, a practical and intimate sofa that is comfortable for any sitting or lying position.

Ovni JR-4280 (design: Christophe Giraud) The Ovni JR-4280 is the first real lounge chair for JORI. Its fluid ascending armrest and maximum seat inclination make this model a completely new sitting experience, as well as extremely comfortable. The streamlined round shape of the armchair creates a sense of security and domesticity.

Toko JR-5105 (design: Jean-Pierre Audebert) This chair is fully upholstered in leather. The angular cubist style of the chair not only makes the chair look very robust, but also gives it a clean-cut and contemporary look. In addition, the resilient back guarantees optimal sitting comfort. This model is available with two different back heights, so the customer can determine the comfort and style of their own chair. The Toko is available with or without armrest.
