With Oasis, JORI introduces a chair that redraws the boundaries of its category. Designed by German-Scandinavian-inspired designer Markus Denstaedt, Oasis is an object of rare formal coherence: a bucket chair that reads as convincingly as a design piece as it performs as an instrument of ergonomic comfort.

Markus Denstaedt is known for his clear formal language and his considered product architecture. FORMAL RESOLUTION
Oasis is characterised by an enveloping bucket form with organically rounded contours, carried by open armrests in solid wood that allow the space to breathe. The carefully determined seat line provides natural body support; the finely finished armrests offer comfortable support without compromising the visual lightness of the design.
The seamless transition between wood and upholstery — one of the most exacting details in this chair — is resolved with a precision that gives Oasis its sense of unity: a chair that appears formed from a single material, while in reality conducting a dialogue between two distinct worlds.
BASE CONFIGURATION
Oasis is available with two base configurations: a star-shaped pedestal — which maximises the sculptural quality of the design — or a slender leg configuration for a more linear, architectural presence. Both are available in burnished oak, natural oak, or walnut.
SUSTAINABLE MATERIAL SPECIFICATION
The upholstery encompasses a carefully curated range of premium leathers and fabrics, including a selection of exclusive recyclable and recycled fabrics of the highest quality tier.
