JORI is restructuring itself for the future.

On January 1st 2020 the JORI-exploitation will be split off from the JORI-buildings.

1. Remain unchanged  :

1.1 Brand name “JORI”.
1.2 Corporate address : JORI nv - Hoogweg 52 B-8940 Wervik.
1.3 Delivery address : JORI nv - Hoogweg 52 B-8940 Wervik.
1.4 Central telephone number : +32 56 31 35 01.

2. Changes as from January 1st 2020 :

2.1 New legal entity JORI nv with company number : 0888.984.313
2.2 Invoicing :
- Invoicing to JORI till December 31st 2019 included must still be invoiced under the known VAT number.
BE 0405.975.286.

- Invoicing to JORI from January 1st 2020 must be invoiced only under the new VAT number.
BE 0888.984.313. 
Even if these invoices are for orders from before December 31st 2019.

Attention : JORI will be obliged to return all invoices that do not comply with the legal formal requirements from January 01st 2020, with a resulting delay in payment.
