Your PDF-invoice will be e-mailed to the e-mail address you appointed. Good for the environment, safe, money- and time-saving. If you would like to receive your invoices digitally, please fill in the enclosure. In doing so you accept the general terms and conditions listed here.

The completed form should be returned by post to JORI n.v., Hoogweg 52, B-8940 Wervik, for the attention of Mrs. Brigitte Desauw, if possible by July 15, 2015. After receiving the signed form we will proceed to the digital transmission of invoices.
