1. Which collections does JORI carry?


The complete JORI product catalogue is segmented into 3 collections: Originals, Kamasitra, Diners Collection.
The shared core values featured in each of the 3 collections are seating comfort, contemporary design and the exclusive use of leather as our upholstery material of choice.
In addition, for each collection, JORI has created a matching living environment geared to suit the needs and requirements of modern-day consumers. Further details are available in the Originals, Kamasitra and Diners sections.



2. Where can I try out the models of the 3 JORI collections?


The best way to discover the models from the 3 collections? Visit your local dealer. For each collection, JORI has a European network of independent dealers. They will be more than happy to offer you every information.

3. Could you send me a catalogue?


Detailed information on all models in the JORI collection can be found in the products section.

If you have a particular interest in a specific model, your local dealer will be happy to provide you with every available information.



4. What is the price of a particular model?


Prices for any of the JORI range of seating furniture depend on the type of leather, the technical specifications of the model concerned, the options selected, and the specific costs per country. However, to give you some idea, the products section lists a pricerange for each specific product on display (= the price of the model as displayed in celia and xienda leather quality). This recommended retail price applies directly to the product or the configuration shown on the first image in the series. For an exact price quote of the specific combination you are interested in, please consult your local dealer.



5. I don't know much about leather, which type of leather would be best suited for me?


The JORI quality leather collection offers a range of different leather qualities, each with their own specific characteristics enabling you to select the type of leather which best meets your personal lifestyle and expectations. All models from the 3 collections are available in a variety of different leather qualities, leather colours and finishes.

Our leather section also has a convenient tool to help you decide which leather is best suited to your needs and requirements. At your local JORI dealer, you will be able to experience the distinct touch of every JORI leather quality for yourself. The dealer's specialist sales staff are on hand to help you pick the type of leather you require.



6. I would like to order a JORI seating furniture. Can I place this order directly through your company?


The best way to order a JORI piece of furniture is through your local JORI dealer. JORI trades its products through a network of independently owned JORI dealers throughout the whole of Europe.

If you would like to discover all models included as part of the 3 collections, visit the JORI Info Center in Wervik (Belgium).

For end users living in countries where JORI currently has no dealership, we regret to inform you we are most probably unable to assist you any further at this stage.

However, if you have a professional interest in JORI, we are more than happy to welcome you at our stand at the International Furniture Fair (IMM) which is held in the German city of Cologne each January.



7. Can you assist me in locating a particular model, a specific type of leather or colour at a dealer close to me?


As JORI does not know the exact stock inventory of its dealerships, we regret to inform you we are unable to assist you with this type of information.



8. How can I have my furniture serviced?


Please contact your local JORI dealer who can further assist you in the matter.



9. How do I treat a stain on my leather upholstered furniture?


Proposed solutions are highly dependent on the type of leather and the type of stain involved. The 'What about Stains?' sub-section presents a range of useful tips and practical information on the use of leather care and leather treatment products as well as how to treat most frequent stains.



10. What care product is recommended by JORI and where can I buy this product?


JORI does not supply care products of its own with its seating furniture. We do however recommend the Leather Care Keller products (LCK). These products are available at your local dealer. More information on these products is available from www.lederpflege.de



11. Where do JORI leathers come from?


JORI strictly uses skins from a variety of European countries including Germany, Austria, Denmark and Italy. Leather skins from these regions enjoy a worldwide reputation for their superior quality.



12. How can I reach JORI?

13. What materials are used in the production of JORI furniture?


Apart from using only the very finest top quality leathers, the same applies to the 'invisible' elements of your piece of JORI furniture:

  • a beech wood frame;
  • durable elastic springs;
  • resilient cushions that last;
  • dacron fibres for a soft touch.



14. How long does delivery take?


Since all JORI furniture is hand-made to order, on average orders are ready to leave the plant within 6 to 9 weeks.



15. What guarantee comes with JORI furniture?


All JORI furniture come with an international 5-year guarantee on materials and finishing, bearing in mind the terms specified in our guarantee card. Our rigorous application of production quality controls, our comprehensive service, our international distribution network in addition to our years of experience are further guarantees onto themselves.
